Using TeamUP

Project TeamUP is a collaboration platform for the construction industry — opportunities, teaming rooms, projects, and links to the tools you already use. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You're responsible for the accuracy of your company information and for keeping your login secure.

Acceptable use

• Don't misrepresent your company, credentials, or certifications.
• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or anything unlawful.
• Don't abuse messaging or invitations to spam other members.
• Don't attempt to access data or rooms you haven't been invited to.

Plans & billing

Free, Professional, and Business plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans include a free trial as stated at sign-up. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect for your next billing period.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into TeamUP. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it to the people you collaborate with. Documents you "link" stay in your own storage — TeamUP references them, it doesn't take custody of your files.

Verification

Verification badges reflect a review of submitted credentials. They are an aid, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for your own due diligence before teaming with another company.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TeamUP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for business decisions made using the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Questions? Email projectteamup@kentsmith.biz.
